MDS HA Query: Self Synchronization is not relevant
Hi Moderators,
I was checking HA status in our MDS environment and found primary MDS sync status says - N/R(Self synchronization is not relevant) and standby MDS says synchronized. I checked MDS admin guide but didnt find any information regarding to this.
Any suggestions please:
Further, in domain level HA, one of the domain says not sync but when i login into smart console and check high availability status. It says synchronized.
primary domain management server:

Active MDS doesn't need to synchronize with them self. Only the backup Server need to synchronize.

Thanks Roman for reply. So it means primary MDS having sync status as NR is fine and there is no issue with it?
Further, why 1 domain says not synced but in smart dashboard high availability it says synchronized.
Thanks

Yes there is no issue with NR Status.
One domain isn't synced - same here on my MDS. After policy installation the domain gets synchronized
