Invalid license and blade status after changing cluster member

Hey guys,

I have two 5600s in a cluster, and after changing one of the cluster members (due to some hardware related problem), I get stucked with the licensing problem. I got new 5600 device, restored from the backup and joined the cluster. However, after the the installation, I got license error messages with 3 blades: firewall, IPSec VPN Blades and Content awareness are not entitled so all security policy installation failed and VPNs cannot be established and this cluster member is removed from the cluster. Additionally, licences are still mapped to the MAC address of my old device, I do not know how can I change the CK to point to the new device MAC address.

Here is the screenshot from the SmartConsole device and license information.

Please if you could give me some idea how to try to solve this problem.

After restore from backup, old license is present mapped to MAC of defective unit. With appliances, first check in UserCenter (using MAC of replacement) that the new unit is present there. Then, license it, remove old licenses and install new license from SMS.

MAC of replacement is already present in the UserCenter. Please, if you have some more detailed, comprehensive guide how to license it, remove old license and install new license from SMS.

Thanks for your help!

The replacement appliance should already be licensed.
You may want to involve Account Services and/or the TAC.
