How to configure an alert when a cluster member State Change Type Master to Slave

Hello!

How Can I configure an alert like an e-mail or some like this when occour change state Standby to Active or Active to Standby, it's possible? 

I have a cluster HA environment R80.10.

Cluster Object -> ClusterXL -> Tracking set to Mail Alert

You need to have mail alerting configured for this to work.

Keep in mind that any alert (SNMP/email) is always a superset of standard "Log" logging.  So even if the alert is lost or not seen, logs will always still be available.

Best would be SNMP monitoring and trap generation.
