Get Interface fails with an error after adding VTI Interfaces

A created VTI Numbered Interfaces using the article here as a guide: Solved: Check Point - AWS VPN tunnels question - Check Point CheckMates

I have the tunnels created but when I perform a get interfaces without topology, I get the following error message:

Error: action CP.GUICDM.GET_Interfaces_FROM_NGM failed..  I click ok and get "a point to point vpn tunnel has been defined by VPN Gateway <insert peer name here>/  please define the corresponding interface on the cluster. "  I am using R80.30 management with a r80.30 cluster connecting to an R80.40 cluster.  This seems like a chicken and the egg situation.  Thanls.

Have you installed the latest JHF under R80.30 and are you using the appropriate SmartConsole?

If that doesn't help, I would open a TAC case.

Hi,
I find the same problem today and to solve it is than simple like define the interoperable device with the same name as an interfaces VTI.

Regards.
