We are experiencing a drop in packets, as shown in the picture. Does anyone have any idea how to deal with this problem?

This topic has been discussed many times here, what troubleshooting have you already performed and what are the versions of the components involved?
One of your other posts mentioned high memory utilization which could suggest aggressive aging might be at play as a self-preservation mechanism but this is simply one possible cause.
