This question was asked on an unrelated thread and a new one was created.
We do not provide the BIOS password for Check Point appliances for any reason.
Check Point appliances are only meant to run operating systems released by Check Point, for which the BIOS is already optimally configured.

I need to get into the BIOS to boot from ISO / cd . IOW, it's not queuing up my ISO file. It's not being recognized. This is for a 9300. I guess I need to RMA it? I'm in the LOM but it won't boot the iso file.

9300 has UEFI , you must use UEFI bootable device (it won't boot from non UEFI) , are you positive you are using the UEFI options(meaning that if you burn the iso in isomorphic you must select uefi)

if you are not using isomorphic , what method are you using(CD? virtual CD? Zalman) and which version ?

updating the firmware to 7.12.1 fixed it and I got the option to boot from UEFI again!
There's also an option to connect to an image server, So, no RMA needed. Thanks.
