Look into the logs - do you see drops ? And do you have defined the rule(s) for your kind of deployment according to sk113573 ? Key is to keep inspection for these services enabled.

The sencond one could be worth trying - but primarily, sk113573 is important for configuration.

Hi,
I don't want to hijack the post, but I seem to have the same issue with 3CX as the original poster:
The 3CX firewall test reports:
detecting SIP ALG... detected (received 652ddfc6 ≠ 56d26e13) (How to resolve?)
I am using a local Check Point 730 Appliance - Version: R77.20.75 (990172286)
Went through the suggested posts already. Problem remains. The rest of the 3CX traffic is working fine.

Please update to a current firmware first, i suggest R77.20.87 Build 990173083 for 700/900/1400
Then contact TAC to get the issue resolved, use chat for a quick solution !

Tried both, none worked.
