Maestro Madness
Hi there we manage a bunch of SMB gateways for a client and the 1430 gateways have a built in appliance report that can be fairly useful. however on the 1550 gateways this does not exist.
How would i get something similar on the 1550 gateway?
My locally managed 1590 has this report.
Is your 1550 centrally managed?
yes it is centrally managed. 80.20 code
However the 1430 is also centrally managed. 77.20 code
which code is your 1590 running if i may ask?
1590 only runs R80.20.xx code...
ok so the my 1550 is running the same code as your 1590 but i dont see any report.
i guess being centrally managed is the difference then .
Centrally managed gateways generally don’t store logs locally, therefore nothing to run reports on through the local appliance.
Why this “worked” on older SMB appliances with R77.20, can’t say for sure, but it is expected behavior.
