Restrict bandwidth per IP

Hi,

I want to limit the bandwidth per IP,

It means each IP from LAN to WAN will not exceed 5MB of bandwidth (download & upload),

Someone knows how to do it in Check Point 750 (Version: R77.20.75)?

I have suggested it to learn the QoS possibilities - usually, you do apply the limit on an interface or service...
