Remote Access User can't access local network
Hi,
We just deployed new quantum spark 1600. We have done initial setup, add routing, and enable vpn remote access.
I can connect to the gateway using vpn, but cannot access to local network. This issue only happen when we use quantum spark, we have deployed the enterprise series (6200, 6600, etc) and the vpn is working fine. The connection to spark from local network and vice versa is good.
The network topology is:
Internet <-> SG1600 <-> L3 switch <-> local network
Are there any configuration I need to add?

Check that your RAV VPN users receive Office Mode, and that your internal networks route Office Mode IPs back to the Spark appliance.

the remote user is getting ip from office mode, can ping to spark local interface ip address (192.168.20.5) but can't ping to L3 switch interface (192.168.20.6).
I'll check the route on L3 switch.

solved by adding route to office mode network on switch.
