I can't perform the IPS update - Notification Error
Hello,
I can't make the update available for my checkpoint firewall.
When I try to download it doesn't match.
A notification appears below.
Device: Quantum Spark 1570 Appliance
Firmware version: R81.
Can you help me?

I cant really say if this will work for your specific case, but one time customer had this exact issue, TAC suggested them to install latest version and reboot and after that worked fine.

Let's test if this works:
wget https://updates.checkpoint.com
wget https://usercenter.checkpoint.com
Check if license for IPS is still active:
Home > License.
Or check on CLI: cplic print
ips stat

Just spun up demo point lab and I see in R81.10.10, issue does not appear to be there, so maybe worth update to that version if you are not already on it?

Hello,
I already had this version installed.
The problem happens the same way.

I would say if you rebooted and still does not work, TAC case is your best option.

Have you opened a TAC case, as suggested by the error?
