Enable hotspot

I have a 600 Appliance. I have enabled hotspot on my guest LAN.
In my appliance in Device -> Hotspot it says "2 network interfaces are defined for Hotspot"

Now, most smartphones and laptops cannot connect to my guest lan and is not redirected to the hotspot portal to login.
My guest lan is a vlan.

What am I missing in the konfiguration?

What happens when your users try to connect to, say, http://captive.apple.com?

It is mostly smartphones connecting to WiFi and the phone is just saying "cannot connect to network"

My access point for the guest lan is a Cisco 1602i

What about in the specific URL I mentioned?
I specifically want you to try a non HTTPS URL.

Users cannot go to any URL when they cannot connect to the WiFi.

But the problem is solved. I have enabled MAC filtering on my APs and for some unknown reason MAC filtering was blocking users from connecting to the guest vlan. After reconfiguring MAC filtering to only apply for my internal LAN the hotspot function is now working.
