Connect SMB Device to Management server Open Server

Hi,

Please advice can we add Quantum Spark series Device to Open Server Smart Management Servers.  

Example : What we need to do is SMB 1800 Series Device need connect to Open Server version  R80.40 Smart Management Server.

You seem to have a Management version that does not support 1800 SMBs - you will need Jumbo and Dashboard from at least:

R81 Jumbo HotFix Take 13 or above

R80.40 Jumbo HotFix Take 91 or above

R80.30 Jumbo HotFix Take 22 or above

I have tried to connect SMB to with Guide. i have faced this issue know?

What about policy installation from Dashboard ? Verify policy is working ?

Hi, 

I Really Appreciate your Immediate Response,

Policy Verification and Installations are smoothly running. there are no errors from Dashboard. 

Only one that webUI  Fetch error Message.

But the policy finally is not installed as the SMB can not fetch it ? What do the logs tell you ?

HI,

I Can't Find the logs for the New 1800 Device. also I have check tried to set correct hardware form Smart Console but 1800 Hardware Not in the List, there for i got some doubts about adding Spark Device. 

I have attached the Screenshot also.

What does fw ctl zdebug drop say on the device when you do the fetch. Looks like some implizit rules are missing.

 

Is it a dynamic IP on the device?

The 1800 is seen as a 1470 in Dashboard, see attached 1800.PNG - so policy install must fail !

As you mentioned, I have updated Management to R81 T36, Issue Resolved.
