Feedback not possible for SKs wrongly listing Quantum Spark Appliances under Product

In the last weeks, a lot of Embedded GAiA / SMB SKs were re-named to Quantum Spark. But during this procedure, a number of SKs not related to Quantum Spark also received a Quantum Spark in Products. As the SK feedback does not work for some of them, i present the short list here:

sk174763 SmartConsole shows "Other" in the "Hardware" field of a Security Gateway or Cluster object created with the Management API for 2200 / 3000 appliance models

sk144133: Appliance Sizing Tool (AST) 

sk174405: "Spec Test" fails after reboot

Sure:

  • sk174763 - The sk is about 2200 and 3000 appliances. 2200 used to be called "Branch Office Appliance" which was rebranded to "Quantum Spark Appliances" during the recent 4 pillars rebrand.
    3000 was called "Enterprise Appliances" which was rebranded to "Quantum Appliances". I now added this missing product.
  • sk144133 - If the sk is indeed relevant to 1400 and 2000 models, "Quantum Spark Appliances" is correctly referenced there.
  • sk174405 - This should be checked by the relevant technical experts. If you think this is NOT relevant to Quantum Spark Appliances, please submit an RFM (request for modification): When logged in with your User Center credentials, scroll down to the "Give us Feedback" window, enter your comments and click "Submit".

Quantum Spark Appliances for me are all SMB models running GAiA Embedded - and sk174763 as well as sk144133 and sk174405 are only valid for appliances running GAiA, not GAiA Embedded ! And sk144133 is not valid for 1400 appliances.

It is not possible to submit feedback to the listed SKs - that was the reason for my posting anyway !
