I know there is cpstat command you can run to check this, but cant recall the flag now...if you just type cpstat, you will see all the options. I think cpstat -f subscription_status or something like that.

This is the canonical way to verify connectivity in this case: https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk83520
If you're still having unresolved issues, please open a TAC case.

Can you please send the output of cat /storage/appi/update/Version?
Thanks,

I pinged 8.8.8.8 and update.checkpoint.com successfully; there were no connectivity issues. The Antivirus and IPS engines updated successfully. However, only the Application Control and Anti-Bot blades are experiencing this issue. I have attached a screenshot with the output of the command cat /storage/appi/update/Version. Thank you.

Yes, I tried most of the commands related to the Application Control blade and Anti-Bot blade. All the commands worked fine except for the bot detection command. However, it still connected to the server successfully. I have also opened a TAC case for this. Thank you.

Fair enough. Let us know how it gets solved. Just curious, does rebooting the fw change anything?
