disconnect user session on ipsec vpn

anybody please provide me the command to delete an user session on ipsec vpn . i had 25 users connected on ip sec vpn some of the users are disconnected accidentally and if they try to reconnect it will tell the session exist. so i need to kill this existing session kindly guide on the same....

A screenshot of the exact error message they receive would be helpful.
It would also be helpful if you provided the gateway version/jhf level and version of VPN client.
