Remote access vpn connecting issue
I configure remote access vpn on R77.30, When i try to connect to remote access vpn, ending up with error Site not responding, Any idea what could be the issue?.

Hi Rajesh,
There are many reasons for this particular error "Site not responding".
First of all Endpoint connect uses http & https to create site so make sure that there is no issue with connectivity. After that you can refer sk116933, sk91600, sk113558 to check the exact issue.

In the firewall object go to VPN Clients->Remote Access
Make sure "Visitor Mode" is enabled.
In Global Properties, make sure "Accept Control Connections" and Accept Remote Access Control connections" are enabled OR make sure you have a rule allowing HTTPS and IKE NAT Traversal to the firewall.

Hi Alagesan,
Are you dropping connection with VPN or internal LAN? Means your remote access VPN drops frequently or VPN remains connected but internal desktops are dropping.

@rajesh_s how do you resolve the issue,i had a similar problem. vpn client can not connect successful in computer but it can connect successful in mobile phone.
when connect to 47%,will failed as follow:

That is a completely different RA VPN with different licenses - the Endpoint RA VPN is IP Sec, mobile Capsule is SSL VPN working with Mobile Access Blade...

Helo! Did you manage to solve the problem? I have version 82.40 and the same is happening.
I've already installed version 84.0, disabled firewall and even so I can't get past 47%.
