Is there a client version for MacOS that supports multifactor authentication? Sk111583 says, that Endpoint Security VPN version E65 and above has it, but I found only version E64 for MacOs clients.
This should be supported in the E83.20 client.
The latest version of the Mac VPN client is E80.64.
As far as I know, there is no multifactor authentication support in this release.
May be you know when a new release would be publish?
The next version of Endpoint is E80.71 and it's currently in EA.
However, the current Public EA available via UserCenter does not include Mac.
I do know there are plans to update the Mac Endpoint client (which would include VPN) but I do not know the specific timeframes.
Hello,
Multi-factor in Mac can be achieved by using RADIUS server to send additional challenges. If by multi-factor the need is to have a certificate + second factor, this is yet to be supported in Mac and is on our workplan for next year.
Hi!
Next year is almost end ![]()
What about solution?
Hi,
We had to delay this feature since we had traded off this effort with the transition the Mac VPN Client to 64 bit architecture as part of the OSX 32bit obsoletion. This is still a high priority item in our agenda and will be worked on right after the release of OSX 10.14 compatible client.

Hi,
is 2FA possible with MAC clients now?
Best regards,
Christoph
Any update to the schedule?
Also in the new published E80.89 for Mac no support for multifactor authentication.
I have same issue in MAC 😞
Hi Guys,
I am facing same issue here.
SSL VPN works fine with multifactor authentication in MAC.
Is there any client available which supports multifactor authentication in MAC systems ?
Do we know if this has been implemented for the Mac Client yet?
This should be supported in the E83.20 client.
