Monitored Multiple dropped connection with same VPN Subnet

Hello Mate,

We’ve been receiving alerts showing multiple "Dropped" connections within the same VPN subnet. The error message states: "Security warning: received a cleartext packet within an encrypted connection."

We are requesting your expertise and valuable insight to help shed light on this issue.

Interestingly this is UDP port zero traffic, also (which the gateway will drop by default): https://support.checkpoint.com/results/sk/sk27109 

What is the path between source and destination here?
A diagram might be helpful.
