MS BITS Transfer not working over VPN

Hello.

does anybody have a workaroung for Microsoft BITS not working when connected via Checkpoint Mobile VPN from Windows 10 1909?

It's mentioned in a MS KB4554364 which is not working for us. Also the superseded update does not work KB4550945.

Maybe somebody has a workaround until MS fixes this issue.
