MOB portal configuration, open applications/websites in new browser window
Hello CheckMates,
if you start an application in the MOB portal this application will be opend in the same browser window.
We want to change this behaviour to open in every application in anew browser window or tab. I remember there is an sk with a description of the needed changes, but I can't find these anymore.
Anyone knows this or knows the magic word to find this sk in the knowledgebase?
Thanks
Wolfgang

In sk101060 Mobile Access Portal Customization we find a reference to Mobile Access Portal Customization Administration Guide R75.40 and above
Here, we get sk33449 Non-native Web applications do not launch in a new window by default 8)

Thanks for your answer. I opened a SR and they provided me with this command to rever/toggle back to the old version of the MAB portal :
# sh $CVPNDIR/scripts/sslvpn_portal_toggle_ui.sh
I Test it on my lab and seems to work fine so Im going to try it with our customer productive environment.
Thanks a lot! Regards!

Hi gunther, how are you? Sorry to bother you with this old thread. I'm migrating a Mobile Access portal configuration from a regular Gateway to a VSX. I notice that on R81.10, web applications are open on a new tab instead of using the same portal Tab. I made a quick search but could not find an Sk similar to Sk33449, do you know if there is a way to change this behaviour?
Thanks in advance

@Fernando_Lopez you're right, that's how it works now. I had a TAC case open regarding this change.
answer "That's the way it is", no chance to change.

@Fernando_Lopez this changes the MAB portal completely and you'll get the old one. Our users like the new design of the portal, some of them wants back the behaviour like the old but not the design.

Yes, that is correct. In our case, customer required that behaviour should be the same as the old portal (this is to avoid users complains).
thanks again
