Issue with SSL Extender service
Hello all,
Was hoping to get some assistance here..
We have recently upgraded some of our gateways to R81.20JHF85 and since then, the clients attempting to connect to SNX are unable to do so with the following error showing up in Windows Event viewer:
"The Check Point SSL Network Extender service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly."
The "system" configuration has not changed and SNX was working prior to the upgrade.
Any ideas ?

The SNX was changed in taje 79. What was the jumbo take version before?
- Have you tried with different browsers?
- What is the Windows version?

I see below fixed in take 89 (latest one), but if you cant install it, maybe TAC case is not a bad idea.

Thank you.
We are running JHF 89 - this is the one that caused the issue...

All,
Thanks for your suggestion.
Removing JHF89 and reinstalling fixed the problem...
Go figure..
