Hi All

R81.20 SmartConsole Build #671 has been released today and is available for download.

For more info please refer to SmartConsole documentation R81.20

Starting from R81.10, SmartConsole automatically updates to the latest Build, as long as you have an Internet connection. The update is rolled out gradually and should be completed within 1 week. It is not necessary to download and install newer builds manually.

Thanks,

Release Operations groups

We've been having this issue with user cert revocation on R82 so I'll suppose a new SC for that version will come soon.

Could this also explain why some accounts suddenly get a "Certificate Revoked" when trying to log on and not others?

I am using R81.20  with 671 (Server is R81.20 take 631 (no JHFA)) and the SmartConsole has crashed multiple times today.

It is consistent in crashing when I try to add UserCheck Block message to a rule.

I am letting it send in the report/crash log each time.

EDIT

I am using Build 640 to get around it for now. Could not edit the rule actions otherwise.

A customer reported me exactly the same behavior today. Also with UserCheck!

Ever since 670 my Smart Console seems to crash more frequently.

@VikingsFan Weird, I have not had any issues in the lab.

Regarding the UserCheck-related crash - I suspect there's already fix for that slated for the next update.

This can be verified if you open the crash-log zip file, inside it, locate the log file (SmartConsole_R81.20_997000671_*,log) and find the line:

A TwoWay or OneWayToSource binding cannot work on the read-only property 'MatchCriteria' of type 'AccessCtrlPlg.ActionViewModel' about 20 lines from the end of the file.

If that's not the case, could you please provide a step-by-step reproduction for the crash?
