object error changing the managmet IP subnet in VSX Cluster

Hi guys need your help, 

Trying to change the ip address using  vsx_util change_mgmt_subnet, got this error:

I have opened case with support, but still 2 months and nothing still investigting. 

Probably there is some error in the objects in the database?? 

There is some debug command to run for vsx_util change mangmt??

There is some object bloqued:

Thanks for sending me the SR, which it looks like involved a couple of different issues. 
Unfortunately, there isn't a simple "debug" command you can run here.
Even if there was, you'd most likely need TAC to help analyze the precise cause of the issue.
