Not even sure what I'm looking at here.
Can you provide more details about:

  1. What version/JHF is the management?
  2. What is receiving the syslog message?
  3. This looks like a Gaia OS message. Is that correct? If not, what is it exactly?
  4. Can you provide precise message from the management server (before it was forwarded)?
