User Profile issue

Unable to navigate options in left side panel such as Gateways and Servers, Manage settings in some of the CMA's. My colleague also facing the same issue in random CMA's.

Same time, its working fine if I use admin account.

My user id have full read/write admin access (Multi Domain Super User).

Kindly suggest how to fix this kind of issue, its very odd behavior and we can't able to predict what went wrong.

Would be very helpfull to mention the used version and Dashboard build...

Its Checkpoint R81  Build SmartConsole 81.0.9500.553

Please try using SmartConsole installed on a different machine (the issue could be related to one of the local files).

If not possible, try using the Portable SmartConsole on your machine (or a different one).

Please let me know the results to help understand the nature of the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. One of my colleague installed smart console in different machine and it's working fine for him without any issues.

How can we figure out, which local files are missed or will this issue get fixed if we reinstall smart console application?

If you are willing to re-install SmartConsole that would be one option. 

Otherwise I suggest opening a ticket with TAC for a more thorough investigation. If needed, they should know which specific files to check.
