Upgrade of SMS from R80.10 to R80.40

I am trying to do a lab of an upgrade from a R80.10 to R80.40  from the SMS web UI using the CPUSE.  I have uploaded the upgrade file and the SMS rebooted with the output attached. 
Note that this is an open server on eve-ng

It looks like the file system crashed. Are you sure you had enough space before the upgrade?

The device has 80GB total memory and with about 20-30GB free at the time of upgrade. 
I will set the lab up again with more space.
What is the recommended space require to be available before an upgrade ?

Note these are from R81.10, but should be more or less the same for R80.40.

I figured it was a hardware constraint issue, will run the upgrade with the right requirements.

Make sure before the upgrade to run verify from web UI, as that will tell you if upgrade will run. If not, it will tell you why.
