Slow response on smartconsole and unresponsive

Hi All,

I am experiencing an issue on my Smartconsole R81.20 and unresponsive, I have also observed that I am unable to access the Global properties and SmartEvent Settings & Policy. I have recently upgraded from R81 to R81.20.

For context how many Gateways does this environment manage and is there any JHF applied to the machine currently?

I have two gateways both upgraded to R81.20 and no JHF installed after the upgrade. Screenshot 2023-03-29 181015.png

This what I am picking on the GUI of the SMS after a week.

That cant be good mate, if you see that after a week??!! Thats not normal behavior at all. I had seen customers run into that maybe say 1 or 2 hours after upgrade, as it has so re-import whole database into new version, but a week, no way.

Can you see in web UI if below options are greyed out? If so, TAC once asked me to have customer follow below sk and that fixed it.

Also, have you tried rebooting server since?

This is the behavior I am getting when I log into the URL,

Then after clicking " Continue in the background" I get the below:

The "import package and Add hotfix from cloud" are grayed out.

I have rebooted the server, still the same behavior and just to add on that, this is not affecting my logging.

I would get in touch with TAC to see if this can be fixed.

Did you get any feedback from TAC? I have downgraded to R81 and this broke the cluster. I am unable to edit the object, I tried establishing the SIC via cli and policies are failing to catch.

I will appreciate your input.

Your issue does not seem to be related to the topic discussed in this post. Please kindly open a separate post for this, explain what you did and what happened, and what you see.

It does not seem you have a licensing issue, but I would rather discuss it in a new post, as already mentioned.
