SMS not allowing ssh or smart console login

my SMS was working just fine all of a sudden i couldnt access it vis ssh or smart console . on smart console the error reads ünable to connect to server , on ssh i sometimes get prompted for username  the moment i type username before password i get an error that says "unsupported authentication methods 'server sent pubkey

Some questions...

1) Does it work from any other PC?

2) What about a different user?

3) What does $FWDIR/scripts/./cpm_status.sh show?

4) what about api status?

5) Can you try cpstop; cpstart or reboot? (this does not affect any production traffic)

Im with you @Duane_Toler , seems like it could be the same issue, but lets see.

Lets wait for @asithole to come back with more details.
