Report Pane Does not load for a specific user

Hi,

 

I'm getting a weird error on my reporting pane when I load it but this is happening only for my username all other users can load the pane without an issue.

We don't have proxy configured and I have tried with different Smart Console versions as well as on different PC's still facing the same issue across all the devices.

 

OS:R80.10

Have you tried installing latest jumbo hotfix?
