R81.10 User.def
Question was brought up regarding the user.def file on an MDS. In the context the user.def.fw1 file has definitions.
The question is will this user.def.fw1 file be used for ALL systems that are managed by this context of the MDS specifically those that are not R81.10? There are still a few remaining gateways that are R80.40.

No, you will need to make similar modifications to the file in the relevant backward compatibility directories.

Definitely would not work as Phoneboy said. IF gateways were R81+, no issues, R80.40 or below, sadly not.
