Hi Guys, im a new in Checkpoint Firewall, I want to pull log data from smartconsole, but there appears an alert that I have to login with smartview (WebGui), well when I try to login, it says permission denied, I tried to access on a different site, site A (my laptop) access on site B (smartconsole server ip), but when my team logged in with the exact same credentials but on site B which is the same as the location of the smartconsole server IP, they could log in, is it because of the access list? because I checked the firewall all allow, and the trusted client on smartconsole is any any.
