Packet capture from log fails to download

Trying to download the packet capture from this log but recieve this error.

Is there any hope in getting this file downloaded somehow? Very important for me.

It's a while since that happened and I think that I just had to give up since there was no help to get without involving many resources.

This seems to be a common issue as I'm also having a long lasting SR open for this.

The link generated in SmartConsole is simply wrong. R&D is working on an hotfix for this. The actual capture files can be found at Management console and copied off the system via scp.

Thanks for your quick response. If I search the SMS on any cap files I won't find zip. But on the gateway, there are a couple but not the one I'm looking for.

Check your blobs in $FWDIR\log\blob  (sk111593).

Are these blob files readable output for let's say Wireshark?
