Monitoring QoS Parameters

I've some questions concerning the QoS monitoring : 

how to monitor the QoS parameters on interface (throughput per class/ custom class) ?

how to send alerts when some thresholds are reached ? for instance when max. bandwidth for some class is reached, we want to receive an alert to be informed.

You can monitor by QoS rule in SmartView Monitor.
