Monitoring CPU VSX

Hello, if the setting in$ FWDIR/conf/resctrl  is changed to enabled, it can cause performance problems in vsx ?

VSX Resource Control Monitoring is a way to monitor CPU resources per VS. I'm not aware of any performance impact by this.
