What exactly do you mean? You cannot connect to the management server from SmartConsole? Something else? Versions, installation type? Please provide more details.

Im not clear at all what you mean with your post. As Val asked, whats not working...mgmt server, console broken, cant log in? Please give as many details as you can, so we can assist better.

If its urgent, better pick up the phone and call TAC to do remote.
