Legend for Check Point icons

Is there a document or SK that shows the meaning of certain icons that you see in SmartConsole? I have attached an example. Client is asking what this red icon means. It appears that it is showing disconnected but the FW is working fine and no issues with a policy push. Thanks

That is a disconnected icon.
However, that could be a cosmetic issue. 
I recommend a TAC case to further investigate.

I had customer ask me that about 10 years ago, but I dont believe there was ever an official document or sk about it. I just hover over the icon to get the "explanation" : - )
