Is there an SK for the purpose of each log file?
I was recently asked what the tracker.log is on firewall management.
Since I was unsure, I decided to do some research, only to come up empty.
Is there an SK or document that describes all of the log files and their purpose?
Something like sk97638 for log files maybe? Or could this SK be enhanced to include that information (some of the log files are documented there).

no not really, that SK describes the fields in a log file. I'm actually looking for what does $FWDIR/log/tracker.log do and what data is logged in it?
closest I have found is something like this, but wanted/needed for management:

Gotcha, fair enough. Let me do some research and see what we can find.

So I extracted tracker.log from lab R81.20 gw, checked it, nothing interesting in there. Cant find much at all online or sk database, so "dumped" the file on onine tool to see if it gives more info, nothing.
Sorry mate. Lets see if someone else may have an idea.

I checked my R82 management (ok, it’s a standalone) and don’t even see this file there.
I don’t even see TAC cases that mention this file.
