How to remove Upgrade Tools package for upgrade

Hello all 

How can I remove  Upgrade Tools package for upgrade  from Manamgent 

Due to I am install upgrade for target machine wrong version make database failed import 

Package file : ngm_upgrade_wrapper_996000398_1.tgz

Not sure where that exact one is stored, but you can run below from expert mode to find it:

find / -name ngm_upgrade_wrapper_996000398_1.tgz

There you go, its in dir I thought it would be in, just remove it from there.

should I remove the include folder directory?

or just the file: ngm_upgrade_wrapper_996000398_1.tgz
