Check the CPM process is up by running $FWDIR/scripts/cpm_status.sh

If you cannot figure out why it fails, open a service call with TAC

Hi, what precise command did you use to perform the migrate export/import?

HI val,

Ive used this command for migrate export and import:

# ./migrate_server export -v R80.40 -skip_upgrade_tools_check /home/admin/<name of the backup.tgz>
#./migrate_server import -v R80.40 -skip_upgrade_tools_check /home/admin/name of the backup.tgz

@J_L ,

Can you send the /var/log/upgrade_import.26Jun2020...

file that is mentioned in the screenshot you added?

so we can examine it?

Sorry to revive this thread.
Were you able to solve this? I'm having the exact same issue..

It fails after migrating the first DMS..
