Maestro Madness
Hello community,
i have a question about fans.
does exhaust on a checkpoint appliance always blow front to back ? (switchports being the front)
Can it be changed?
i know some switches for example (HPE Flex Fabric 5710) you can login to cli and change the directions of the fans.
The model i specifically talking about here is a checkpoint 6200 series.
thanks,
Yes, it blows from front to back.
No. Never seen such a command.
ok so they blow front to back or what ?
meaning i have to put my firewall switchport facing the front of my cabinet? (when all my switches are rear facing)
I dont know if its always like that, but last time I saw 6200, thats how it was. Can it be changed and is there command for it...I have no clue in the world.
Yes, it blows from front to back.
