How can i fix this issue?

Hey bud, that sounds like SIC issue. Can you try see if you can see that port communicating from the gateway itself?

Thats odd then...ok, try this. When you click communication, do test as well, just to be 100% sure. If that shows fine, I would try restart S1C instance, it would not break anything, you just need to wait maybe 10 mins for it to fully come back.

i see that the ping from the gw to the mgmt take about 100000ms .... i think it's that the root cause. but it's S1C 100.64.0.52

I mean restart S1C instance...if you are not certain, I can send a screenshot of it, what Im referring to.

If something is "stuck" on S1C instance, that would help. Its same as rebooting the physical mgmt server, there is never harm in doing so.

In that case, I would open TAC ticket, since we dont have ssh access to the S1C.

Did you try what we discussed last week? Re-generate token for it and see if you can connect it back to S1C?
