Log Export to external disk

On a MGMT Server running on an open server with R81.20 Take 99 RAID 5, I currently have approximately 2.3 TB of logs that I need to back up to an external disk. This backup is necessary because I will be upgrading the storage by adding additional disks, as the current space is insufficient and is causing log files to be deleted.

What procedure do you recommend for this task? Archiving the logs on the MGMT is not an option due to the lack of available space.
