Failed to export logs to excel in smart view

Hello folks,

I am facing issue in smart view ( R80.20 ). After generating logs for 15 days unable to export to excel. In Archive it shows failed. But I can export 1-2 hour logs successfully.

Is it SmartCenter, MDM, or MLM?

Might be worth a TAC case to see what's going on.
