Check Point provides different levels of access to their Knowledgebase (FAQ), depending on your Support Plan and certification.
The access levels are: Guest, General, Advanced, Expert, Internal.
As a customer you can buy this support via your Check Point Partner.
As a partner, just have your email associated with your company's partner account.
