I created my checkpoint using my private email. But I cannot see the solution for some problems. What is the reason for that ?
Check Point provides different levels of access to their Knowledgebase (FAQ), depending on your Support Plan and certification.
The access levels are: Guest, General, Advanced, Expert, Internal.
As a customer you can buy this support via your Check Point Partner.
As a partner, just have your email associated with your company's partner account.
Without any association or certification, you most probably just have Guest access:

Hi Danny,
I found some sks are not available for guest users. How do we read those kind of sks ? Cause currently I'm not able to see some important sks because of this. What do you prefer ?
As said before: get support or attached to a company that has support and get certified.
