Required CCSA and CCSE certificate

I have completed (CCSA)156-215.80 and (CCSE)156-215.80 Certificate, But I didn't receive a certificate.
When I logged into the user centre with my email address. it's says no certificate details.. how do i get my certificate. Please help.
