Good morning guys,

I used the promotion code Update Software and took the CCSE  exam on 25/10/24. Unfortunately I scored 68 so would like to book the retake however there is no information on my Pearson Vue account, nor on the emails I received when I booked the exam on how to redeem the free retake. Can someone please advise or point me in the right direction?
