We have a couple training modules you might find helpful. dsmsystems.teachable.com The install/config class and the free CCSA guide show you how to set up a practice lab on your own machine.

I've got the same question.
It's such a shame that there's no paper book available, apart from Max Power's one about optimization.
I can't study for hours on end on a screen, something I CAN do with a book.
All we need a paper copy of an R80 manual. (without having to print it ourselves, which you can't even do anymore with CP's capsule)
I think CP really dropped the ball here.

To be fair, the complete R80.x documentation would be...quite large to print out.
In fact, the thought of printed versions of all the documentation reminds me of the days when we the Encyclopedia Brittanica at our house
The CCSA/E training manuals definitely are protected with Capsule, but the product documentation is not.
In fact, we post most of the documents are now published in plain HTML.
From there, you can get to the PDF link, which renders in a browser without Capsule (and can be printed).
