Check Point decided for Credly just recently. See my Credly profile.
looks pretty
Hi guys,
Did CCSA R80 exam at 21 august and passed. But still can't see the certification on my profile. My Pearson VUE e-mail is different than my CP User Center account... But since I gave the CP User account during exam registration and after the exam, it should be added soon?
If it's added I would like to have the badge on Acclaim too. Edwin van Benthem - Acclaim
It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to post your exam on UserCenter. Please stand by
Valeri. Ok why does Pearson VUE ask for my User Center email than? During registration and after the exam... It should be matched than right?
I cannot answer for Pearson VUE, but it is our practice to use UserCetner email there as the primary email login.
The email address during the survey is just for the survey process. However the survey states: "If that address does not exactly match your User Center address, your certification benefits will not post and you will not be able to download your e-certificate."
You need to email certification@checkpoint.com to get this resolved and mention the issue with the Acclaim badge as well. Please get your email changed on Pearson Vue for future certifications to get updated correctly.
Thanks,
Tug
Seriously? I mean: I get that Pearson Vue needs some way to check that the person taking the exam is the same person as is registered with Check Point, but now we're forced to change our emaiil addresses or jump through all sorts of other hoops to receive what we've earned?
Suppose every vendor needs this: you'd have to change your Pearson Vue account every time you before you take an exam from a different vendor...
You do not need to jump any hoops if you follow the guidance before taking the exam. If you don't, account services should still be able to track your certificate and put it to your active UC account, per your request.
And yes, if you change jobs, you will have to register a new UC account and ask account service to move your certificates there. I believe PearsonVUE has a similar practice.
The procedure is two-fold. Firstly, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for PearsonVue certification to appear on your User Center account. Once it is there, wait another 2 weeks for your Acclaim badge. Do not worry, it will be there
Oh, I did not read your comment properly. In fact, it is a requirement for your PearsonVue email to be identical to your UserCenter one. You need to take it with PearsonVue support, please. Once the email is changed, the mentioned delays will be valid as described
I need my badge CCSA-R80, Below is my account
Firstly, please make sure you have your certification listed on your UserCenter two or three weeks after the exam. Your UserCenter account email should be the one you are using with PearsonVue.
Once your certification is posted on UserCenter, it takes up to two weeks to get your Acclaim badge
I have the badges from Acclaim for R77.
same here. Together with CCSM. CCSA missing but who cares
I've received the CCSE R77 badge before the CCSA R77 badge....so there's still hope for you too 😉
On it !!
CheckMates member of month/year will be eligible to customized badges
stay tuned !!
thx Shay Solomon!!

Jason Tugwell: Do you know when these badges will be available?
Badges are being issued now.
The Certification must be on the User Center first and once there they should be added within a couple weeks.
Thanks,
Tug
One month later and still waiting.. wishing a badge for Christmas
Danny, I show you have 3 badges (CCSA R80, CCSM and SandBlast Agent)
The SandBlast Network was just awarded on 1-Dec, so it's coming soon.
Thanks,
Tug
Me too , I can´t see my CloudGuard bagde yet.
Tug: I was talking about the Member of the Month & Member of the Year badges as announced by Moti.
And here I was pressing to get you the CloudGuard badge...
Moti Sagey - get with me to see about this. Are we posting a Member of the Month here?
Thanks,
Tug
Now i read there is a Badge for CheckMates member of month - it was march 18
Acclaim badges are usually distributed 2 to 3 weeks after your certification appears on UserCenter. If it is there, allow some time to receive the badge. If you do not see your certification status on UserCenter, check you have used a correct email address when passing Pearson VUE exam.
Can i have a badge please? (CCSA R80)
Badge has been issued.
Enjoy,
Tug
Thanks Jason!!
